Q: How much does it cost to use the computers?

A: There is no cost to use the computers, but there is a small charge for printing.

Q: I am disabled, can I access the Centre? 

A: Yes, the Centre has disabled access and toilets available for any learner. We also have specialised equipment to assist the learning process.

Q: I have never used a computer before; I'm worried I might break it!

A: This is a common fear. Our staff will guide you through a course for the absolute beginner to get you on your way. 

Q: I don't want to go to a college; I just want to learn about computers, is this possible? 

A: Yes, Shotton I.T. Centre can offer one-to-one tuition on many subjects with times and days to suit you.
